Jeffrey Banker is a director and originator at Lument working in affordable housing production. He provides client guidance and support on a range of mortgage loans for rehabilitations, new construction and refinance projects.
He began his career with Lument at its predecessor, Lancaster Pollard, and mostly originated loans under the RED Capital Group brand. Jeff is an active member of the Council for Affordable Rental Housing and serves on the board of the Council for Rural Housing and Development in Ohio.
He received a bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University and holds a general securities representative Series 7 license.
