Jack Alvarez is an associate director in Lument’s small balance loan production department. Based in Irvine, California, Jack is responsible for advising clients on financing options for multifamily properties with an emphasis on loans in the $1 million to $7.5 million range.
Jack serves as an in-house expert on Freddie Mac Small Balance Optigo loans and Fannie Mae Small Loans. Since joining predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital, he has worked on and been a part of more than $250 million in loan transactions.
Jack holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
