Daniel Eibler

Daniel A. Eibler is a managing director at Lument and is based in Chagrin Falls, Ohio, near Cleveland. He is responsible for loan originations for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and Bridge Loans for multifamily and healthcare assets. He has been with Lument for over six years via predecessor Hunt Real Estate Capital.

Prior to joining Hunt, Dan worked for RED Capital Group. Before that, he was a director at Column Financial, where he closed more than $1 billion in CMBS transactions.

Dan earned a bachelor’s in business administration from Kent State University, with a double major in finance and real estate.
