Charlie Cole

Charlie Cole is a director at Lument and is based in Dallas. He specializes in sourcing small balance Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae opportunities in the south central United States, as well as identifying opportunities for funding through the firm’s proprietary lending program.

Prior to joining Lument legacy firm Hunt Real Estate Capital, Charlie originated multifamily loans for Apartment Bank, the commercial lending division of BofI Federal Bank. He started his lending career with Imperial Capital Bank.

Charlie earned his bachelor’s degree from southern Methodist University in Dallas and his MBA from Clemson University in South Carolina.
