Allison Austin is a managing director at Lument responsible for originating debt and equity investments across all commercial real estate asset classes.
Allison has been with ORIX for seven years. Prior to joining ORIX USA in 2014, she was a senior vice president with C-III Capital Partners, a real estate private equity fund, where she focused on commercial real estate debt investing, restructuring and bankruptcy. Previously, she worked for Highland Capital Management, a global alternative credit manager, investing in public/private debt and equity investments primarily within the real estate sector.
Additionally, Allison worked for the Archon Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldman Sachs. During her 10-year tenure with Archon, she was responsible for acquisitions, joint venture structuring, portfolio management, and all aspects of real estate debt activities across platforms in Italy, Japan, Thailand, and the United States.
Allison earned her BBA in Finance and BA in Art History from Southern Methodist University.
