Adam Diamond is a managing director at Lument responsible for originating debt transactions and building relationships with clients. He has been with ORIX for over 16 years and originated over $1B in bridge and construction debt for ORIX Real Estate Holdings since 2015. Adam previously served as a senior asset manager in distressed debt for ORIX Capital Markets.
Adam’s strength is building trusting relationships with clients and consistently adding value. He has seen and analyzed thousands of investments over his career and quickly identifies solid opportunities. He is considered an expert in multifamily, micro-apartments, student housing, self-storage, retail, and hospitality asset types. He also speaks at investment and development conferences nationwide.
Adam is a graduate of Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business with a bachelor’s in finance. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Jewish Community Center of Dallas and Community Homes for Adults, Inc. (CHAI) and serves on the Finance Committee for both boards.
