Andy Warnock is a senior managing director at Lument and is responsible for the origination of Fannie Mae DUS, Freddie Mac, agency small balance, FHA/HUD, and balance sheet loans for market-rate multifamily housing. He serves clients nationwide with a focus on Columbus and Cleveland, Ohio, and Indianapolis, Indiana. Andy joined predecessor RED Capital Group in 2006. He is directly responsible for over $3.35 billion of loan originations during his career at Lument.

Andy was recently named the 2021 recipient of the Ohio Wesleyan Young Alumni Award recognizing one alumnus annually for contributions to its alma mater and notable professional successes. He is a past recipient of Columbus Business First’s “Forty Under 40,” an honor for those who have distinguished themselves in business and in the philanthropy community. In 2021, Andy was also recognized by GlobeSt.com as one of its “Lender Influencers” for the year and in 2022 Connect Media selected him as one of 2022’s “Top Lenders.”

Andy earned his MBA from Ashland University’s Dauch College of Business & Economics and a bachelor’s in economics and accounting from Ohio Wesleyan University, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude. During his final year at Ohio Wesleyan, he was named to the ESPN The Magazine Academic All-American basketball team.

Andy and his wife, Ashley, founded and serve as chairpersons of Dot’s Tots Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charity devoted to supporting Central Ohio foster families, children with debilitating disease and/or illness, and teenagers in their higher educational pursuits. He also serves as vice chairman of the Board of Directors for the Woltemade Center for Economics, Business, & Entrepreneurship at Ohio Wesleyan University. In 2020, Andy cycled off his final term as member and former chairman of the YMCA of Central Ohio Board of Directors.
